    $KAS miners are already moving to newer node versions 2.0.1 now has 52.91% mining share over the last 36,000 blocks 1.1.0 still at 30.46% 2.0.0 at 16.18% thats a pretty clean upgrade signal the network is actively improving under the hood kaspa keeps doing the boring technical stuff that actually matters

    Origin Stories A monetary system that belongs to no single tribe. Yonatan Sompolinsky placed a verse from the Book of Ezra in Kaspa's genesis block. The word for silver in Aramaic. the language in which portions of Ezra are written, is Kaspa, which is where the project's name comes from. The verse is from the decree of Cyrus the Great, the Persian ruler who issued the emancipation of the Jewish people and others, and who is described in the Old Testament as a uniquely just and pluralistic ruler.     Golang -> Rust transition is not just a rewrite in different language but a rewrite from first principles. We’re able to implement new, complex consensus changes because the foundation is optimized and allows for it. The old codebase just didn’t have that setup and a bunch of these HF work would’ve taken longer to implement or be impossible to do so.
