    Any tokenomics expert who can explain @monad unlock design? In November 2026, one year after TGE, the team and investors receive their first $MON. Supply jumps from 50B to 67B in a single event, a 34% increase. Why a one-shot release instead of smoothing it out? I’m asking because Monad has always felt genuine to me. The GTM has been a success, EVM equivalence has been proven, decentralization is Monad’s north star, and they plan to scale up to 300 validators before EOY. The unlock design is the one piece that feels souninspired. When you look at the schedule, it feels like the usual predatory, VC-heavy BS design. Low float while you bootstrap growth can make sense, but only if the float grows gradually over time. A sudden 34% step is the opposite of that, and it’s the same pattern most new L1s and L2s have run into trouble with (all are heading to zero rn). Especially when MON is currently trading below ICO price. The market is going to price in the massive unlock anyway, and the design also feels very adversarial. It achieves the exact opposite of alignment between team <> token holders. Curious why Monad went this route. If anyone has any insight, please share!

    lowkey crazy how $MON has: > one of the highest native staking APY > one of the lowest staking bonding / unbonding period if you staked 1MON on mainnet day and been compounding on that 1 MON initial stake on a weekly basis at an average APY of 12% (lower bound), your 1 MON would be ~1.07 MON today. that’s a 7% yield on your initial capital with literally zero risk. literally one of the best zero risk play in crypto today for the boring guys like me. and further down the risk curve there’s even more “yield” that are relatively stable. Monad is a place where your capital can work for you and you just chill with peace of mind.

    Had some issues with large swaps recently, but everything should be fixed now. Transactions shouldn't fail anymore. Error rate is now around 1/100, and we've significantly improved routing for larger swaps. Dirol is now outperforming every aggregator on Monad on high-volume trades, consistently delivering the best execution and best quotes.
