To save the EF:
1. Put Chaskin in charge of BD. give him $10m
2. invest heavily in student hackathons & education like bootcamps & college courses
3. No more grants. Venture only.

1. The EF needs its own @jessepollak, who is more mercenary than the missionary Vitalik. Someone constantly pushing growth by supporting every team of builders with promotions and connections.

2. Every big Devcon event should be onboarding thousands of new solidity, vyper, and just generally EVM devs. Every CS student in the world should know how to write EVM smart contracts.

Where is the standardized curriculum and security guidelines? Focus on that next.

3. The EF actually has a good track record on picking winners.

Uniswap, ENS, etc..

The EF has missed out on Billions of dollars of upside by doing grants instead of venture investments. Do a proper venture fund.

1. Relentless Mercenary Growth
2. Standardize Education & Security. Developers, developers, developers.
3. Venture wins

Everything else is a distraction.
