This kind of asset can be extremely difficult — or even impossible — to properly reflect on a balance sheet. But the major players have already noticed you. And not just one, two, or three. Some of the names now starting to appear around IOTA are genuinely astonishing. 🤫👀

Remember: from an M&A perspective, what matters here is not only the code or the product, but the accumulated intangible asset base: credibility, pipeline, positioning, institutional relationships, entry advantage, execution capacity, and future commercial optionality.
