1. These terms and conditions govern your participation in this Campaign. By participating in this Campaign you agree to these terms and conditions and additional terms including but not limited to the BitMart User Agreement.

2. This event is limited to spot trading pair only. Spot margin trading is not included.

3. Campaign Rewards

a. Spot trading fee discount vouchers and Earn interest booster vouchers will be distributed to your Voucher Center and are expected to arrive in real time.

b. Token rewards will be distributed to your Spot Account and are expected to arrive in real time.

c. For physical rewards, staff will contact winners to collect shipping information after the winners are selected. Physical rewards will be shipped within 15 business days after the shipping information is received. If a winner fails to provide the shipping information within 15 business days, the reward will be distributed to the winner’s Spot Account in an equivalent amount of USDT. Winners may also choose to receive the equivalent amount in USDT instead.

Equivalent USDT values: AirPods Max：550 USDT; Nintendo Switch 2：500 USDT; PS5 Slim：700 USDT.

4. The Campaign announcement page is only for displaying the Campaign rules. To participate, users must go to the Campaign landing page and click "Join Now." In case of any conflict between the announcement and the Campaign landing page content, the Campaign landing page content shall prevail.

5. The Campaign time and the timing of each task may be adjusted. The current displayed times are for reference only, and the specific times will be updated accordingly.

6. Campaign related data and statistics are based on the UTC time zone.

7. Some of the "rewards" will be distributed in random tokens to your spot account. Due to market fluctuations, BitMart cannot guarantee the exact value of the rewards received.

8. Users participating in the Campaign with multiple accounts will not be eligible for any rewards.

9. BitMart reserves the right to cancel the rewards or freeze any accounts suspected of fraudulent activities and reserves all rights for the final explanation of the Campaign.

10. BitMart reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify this Campaign if it cannot be executed as planned for any reason including, but not limited to, if fraud, human error, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of this Campaign; or if a virus, bug or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Campaign as determined by BitMart in its sole discretion.

The compensation voucher is only available for first-time users of the Prediction Market. Rewards and compensation will be paid in real USDT and distributed after the campaign ends.

Users from the following regions are not eligible to participate in the Prediction Market campaign. However, spot trading lucky draw activities are open to users from all regions: United States, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, Kingdom of the Netherlands, Syria, Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, Australia, Belgium, Singapore, United Kingdom, Lithuania, Seychelles.
