    One of the most interesting charts in crypto right now isn't #LTCUSD. It's #LTCBTC. Since November, Litecoin has been trapped inside a falling wedge against Bitcoin while sentiment toward altcoins has continued to deteriorate. Now we're seeing: - Price pressing against the upper rail of the wedge - Multi-month bullish divergence on the RSI - Momentum improving while price remains compressed Most traders are focused on whether Bitcoin goes higher or lower. I'm focused on whether Litecoin begins outperforming Bitcoin. Historically, major altcoin runs don't start when everyone is bullish. They start when nobody cares. If LTCBTC can break this wedge and hold above it, it could signal a shift in relative strength that many aren't paying attention to yet. After one of the worst multi-year periods for altcoin performance in crypto history, that's a chart worth watching. Structure first. Narrative second.

    That's a wrap on #LitecoinSummit2026! Huge shoutout to @litecoin and @LTCFoundation for hosting such an incredible event, and a massive thanks to Kyle @84Million, Ben @BenMiklozek, and Tony @cyberqualia for the great panel. During the panel, Tony raised a critical challenge regarding miner behavior: "From a project perspective, there are also some factors to consider, such as how to balance sell pressure in merged mining. Token price is always important, as professional miners typically sell their mining rewards to cover the costs. Secondly, when designing a merged mining mechanism, miners should contribute real computational power to secure and mine the network, rather than simply participating through airdrop-based merged mining." Mining incentives and network economics are deeply connected. When miner revenue is driven primarily by token emissions, operators naturally become consistent distributors of the asset, creating structural pressure that compounds over time.     Complaining about surveillance and control fine, but it's not enough. Take action. Download a self-custodial wallet (Cake, Nexus, etc.), send yourself some #LTC, and get comfortable transacting peer-to-peer. Parallel systems don't build themselves. Get off zero. Take the Ł.

    The amount of Litecoin actually available to the market is much smaller than the total supply suggests. Data shows that more supply is being held for longer periods of time. - 44% hasn't moved in over 1 year - 16.5% hasn't moved in over 5 years - 11.8% (9M) hasn't moved in over 7 years This means the amount of $LTC actively circulating or realistically available to the market is meaningfully lower than the circulating supply figure alone would imply. The data also shows that the active portion of Litecoin circulating is doing significant economic work. Over the last 30 days, adjusted payment value totaled roughly 522M LTC, averaging about 17.4M LTC per day. That daily average is larger than the entire supply cohort that has moved within the past 3 months, indicating that the active portion is supporting substantial transaction activity relative to its size.
