Seeing a lot of posts lately about the revenue projects generate, and fair enough. But today, something different. Not just what a project earns today, but what it earned at its peak. How long ago that peak was. And how far revenue has fallen since. Here's what stood out 👇 > @HyperliquidX still runs the table. $2.02M/day, even after falling 78% from its $9.33M peak last October. That's still roughly two-thirds of every other project on this list combined. Way off its high, and still the clear king of on-chain revenue. > @chainlink is the anomaly. Everyone else is 60–99% off peak. Chainlink? Down just 7.8% and its peak was set last month. While the rest of the market handed back its 2025 highs, Chainlink's revenue is basically sitting at all-time highs. That's resilience nothing else on this board comes close to. > Notice the peak dates. Hyperliquid, Aave and Avalanche all peaked on the exact same day: Oct 10, 2025. We all know what happened that day (this post isn't for you if you don't). Perps, l

delphi is by far the best place I have ever worked, which makes this a hard one. when I joined, I knew I wanted to focus on perps bc it was the business/vertical I was most bullish on in tech outside of ai. the team encouraged that, but also pushed me to explore other verticals across crypto. i did, and I’m grateful for it. but I kept coming back to perps, market structure, microstructure advantages, and the teams trying to bring more of global finance onchain while also creating a durable business. hyperliquid was the obvious clear winner. but over the last year, @Lighter_xyz has continually impressed me the more i got to know the strategy and team, the more bullish i became. the leadership, bd team, engineering talent, and advisors - who were actually hands on with the company - only increased my conviction that this was a team to bet on. lighter is one of the few teams in crypto where the talent density feels closer to a silicon valley ai startup than a typical crypto company so after an incredible run

The biggest scammer talking about liquidity. The one that listed 99999 tokens and rugged them all to 0 then delist them. The one that orchestrated 10.10. Dump trying to kill @HyperliquidX. The one that killed all the trust that was in crypto in 10.10. Europe is waking up, soon more countries will ban @binance and @cz_binance will go back to jail where it belongs.

every protocol is about to make money, and that's exactly the problem. crypto spent years asking whether protocols could make real money, and now we have the receipts. grayscale ranked the top onchain apps by protocol revenue, and the numbers are no longer small. hyperliquid did $871M in trailing revenue, and aave, jupiter, aerodrome and sky are all proving onchain businesses can earn real fees without hiding behind emissions. that debate is mostly over. but here's the tell, hyperliquid earns $871M and trades at 15x, uniswap earns $49M and trades at 37x, same sector, completely different price. the market is already pricing on something other than revenue, it just hasn't said what yet. the new question is harder: what happens after the money lands? hyperliquid routes almost everything back into HYPE through its Assistance Fund, funded purely by trading fees. sky keeps more back, funding security first, building reserves, burning tokens, then rewarding stakers. aave caps its buybacks so the protocol

Crypto protocols are generating substantial revenue, but market valuations are not solely based on revenue; the valuation gap between HYPE and UNI is significant.

CZ on Hyperliquid: The innovation is awesome. "They occupy a niche where Binance cannot compete." "They don't have KYC - they claim they're decentralized." "Based on the technology we see - they have a lot of control (a small team that controls the platform)." "It's not my place to comment whether that's good or not..." 📈🚀 Multicoin Capital projects HYPE at $319 in a bullish scenario Multicoin Capital released a bullish projection for Hyperliquid’s $HYPE token, setting a target price of $319. The scenario is based on an estimate where the protocol would reach roughly $8 billion in annual revenue by 2028. The firm considers HYPE one of its main liquid positions within the crypto ecosystem. What is the basis for the $319 target for HYPE? Multicoin’s valuation model relies on sustained growth of decentralized derivatives trading volume and Hyperliquid’s ability to capture market share versus centralized exchanges. In 2025, Hyperliquid generated about $873 million in revenue on $2.9 trillion in traded volume, reflecting high monetization efficiency. The protocol has also expanded its offering beyond crypto, incorporating exposure to equities, commodities, and structured derivatives. Multicoin highlights that the combination of on‑chain efficiency and a solid revenue structure could sustain higher valuation multiples as the protocol scales. Hyperliquid growth and institutional flows The recent price rally of HYPE has been supported by inflows into ETF‑linked products and strong staking activity. Significant withdrawals have been recorded from platforms such as Coinbase Prime, followed by immediate staking, including a notable transaction of more than 572,900 HYPE in a single trade. Hyperliquid now controls approximately 59% of the decentralized perpetual futures market and represents double‑digit percentage points of monthly volume versus Binance in certain segments. Open interest has reached around $9.6 billion, while the user count has grown from 301,000 to 923,000. These factors, together with the expansion into real‑world assets, form the foundation of the bullish scenario presented by Multicoin Capital. I feel like revenue multiple is a much better indicator for determining a project's health. Revenue multiple = Market Cap ÷ Annual Revenue It's basically a comparison of what the token is worth today VS. what the protocol earned in the last 12 months. For example, @worldlibertyfi at 17x means the market is pricing $WLFI at $1.82B while the protocol earned $105M in revenue. Here are the top 5 protocols by revenue multiple: 1. Uniswap – 37x 2. WLFI – 17x 3. Hyperliquid – 15x 4. Aave – 9x 5. Lighter – 8x Data from @Grayscale.
