For me, it feels like there’s a group trying really hard to convince me that “spam” on Bitcoin is a problem.

According to the latest report by James Butterfill, research head at Europe's largest digital asset asset manager CoinShares, Bitcoin is still facing threefold pressure: the Federal Reserve's hawkish stance, rising geopolitical risks in Iran, and setbacks in the advancement of the U.S. CLARITY Act. However, he believes that while the market is under pressure, there hasn't been a structural deterioration yet; it currently resembles a 'fragile bottoming phase' rather than the start of a new upward trend. https://t.co/XHtNlJzJuT
Butterfill points out that Bitcoin spot ETFs have seen a cumulative outflow of about $8 billion over the past eight weeks, setting a record for the longest outflow in history, but recent capital flows have shown signs of stabilizing. He also believes that concerns about the risk of Strategy selling have markedly decreased, and the real impact comes from the breaking of the 'never sell' narrative rather than the actual size of sell‑offs.

Bitcoin (BTC) is a digital asset and a payment system invented by Satoshi Nakamoto who published a related paper in 2008 and released it as open-source software in 2009. The system featured as peer-to-peer; users can transact directly without an intermediary. Transactions are verified by network nodes and recorded in a public distributed ledger called the blockchain. The ledger uses bitcoin as its unit of account. The system works without a central repository or single administrator, which has led the U.S. Treasury to categorize bitcoin as a decentralized virtual currency. Bitcoin is often called the first cryptocurrency, although prior systems existed. Bitcoin is more correctly described as the first decentralized digital currency. It is the largest of its kind in terms of total market value by now.
