1. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in this Campaign. By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any applicable BitMart terms, including but not limited to the BitMart User Agreement.
2. This Campaign is only available to users who deposit PYUSD into BitMart or use PYUSD as the payment currency for purchases made with BitMart Card.
3. Each user can receive a maximum of 10 PYUSD cashback per week under the Weekly Double Cashback activity. Rewards may be distributed in the form of PYUSD or BitMart Card Bonus, at the sole discretion of the BitMart team.Bonus will be delivered within 15 business days after eligibility is confirmed.
4. Only successfully completed transactions will be counted toward the cumulative spending requirement. Refunded, reversed, or cancelled transactions will not be considered eligible. In the event of any order cancellation or refund, BitMart reserves the right to revoke any rewards previously granted.
5. Each user may receive the card application reward only once. If a user has already received a card application reward in any other BitMart Card promotional campaign, the reward will not be issued again under this campaign.
6.Affiliates and users referred by affiliates are not eligible to participate in the Referral Campaign.
7. BitMart Card Bonus can be used for all payment scenarios (online and offline), but must be applied in a single transaction and cannot be split across multiple purchases. Card Bonus is valid for a limited time and must be used before its expiration date.
8.If a user participates in multiple activities during the same period, only the highest applicable reward will be granted. Rewards will not be duplicated or combined.
9. BitMart reserves the right to cancel rewards or freeze accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activities, and retains the right of final interpretation of this Campaign.
10. BitMart reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify this Campaign if it cannot be executed as planned due to reasons including, but not limited to, fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factors that may affect the integrity or proper functioning of the Campaign.
